Attorney Frank X. Nageotte has been involved in the practice of Family Law for almost four decades. During his 36 years in practice, Mr. Nageotte's excellent work as a family law attorney has garnered him numerous honors and recognitions. He has been certified by the California State Bar as a Legal Specialist in Family Law since 1989. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Certified Family Law Specialists Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association. He was a founding member, and served two terms as the President, of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego. He regularly serves as a Settlement Judge for the Family Law Division of the San Diego Superior Court, and as an arbitrator for the County Bar's fee arbitration committee.
